Specialist Client-side programme direction to deliver the sensitive phase of programme for the Royal Armouries Waterfront project, covering oversight of the venue plan and functional brief, design development and submission and completion of a successful planning application. Work will include oversight of the core client-side project team (client PM and project coordinator) to ensure day to day delivery of the project reflects the client needs and requirements.
