Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking information on route optimisation software to support a review of waste and recycling collection rounds following proposed changes to tipping arrangements for dry recycling. The Council is interested in software solutions that can: - Integrate with Microsoft-based systems and remain compatible with any future in-cab tablet solution - Be used internally to redesign and optimise waste and recycling collection routes
