The Norton Knatchbull School is a popular and highly regarded selective secondary school for boys in Ashford, Kent. The school admits a growing number of girls into its Sixth Form. The School is tendering its cleaning services with a contract start date of 1st September 2026. The current contract with Ridge Crest has reached the maximum tenure. The School is seeking a professional cleaning contractor who can consistently deliver high cleaning standards across all areas of the school, with robust staffing and supervision arrangements, clear KPIs and performance monitoring, innovative approaches to sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement and proactive support to the School throughout the contract. The projected turnover for the five-year contract is expected to be circa £875,000. The School is running this procurement as a Competitive Flexible, Two Stage, Open Tender Process.
