Provision of Trove/VISTA Support Direct award justification - Single supplier - technical reasons The Trove/Vista application is owned by a single supplier and it is no longer available to be purchased as a product/service, owing to its end-of-life status. VCA intended to have migrated away from Vista, however development work on the application to replace Vista, was abandoned and VCA are currently looking to re-source a solution.
