What the notice says

Southend-on-Sea are looking to establish a multi-use multi-supplier framework to support the commissioning and placement of adult residential and respite provision, accessible to both Adult Social Care and Health partners, and covering all adult client groups including older people, learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs. The framework will be procured under the light-touch regime and the framework may be divided into lots. Estimated Value Per Annum - £37,000,000 per year Total Estimated Value (Including Extensions) - £296,000,000 per year Estimated Contract Length - 8 years Timelines are yet to be confirmed, but the market will be notified and engaged as soon as timelines are available.
