What the notice says

The successfully appointed Integrated Consultants Team (ICT) shall provide the professional services applicable to all RIBA Stages 0-7 through Traditional Construction. As part of the Technical Feasibility Study, St Patricks VG school Floor area: The Limit of Internal Area is circa. As existing footprint sqm. Full Schedule of accommodation will be issued with the Stage 1 documentation. Site Provisions: The project will incorporate heating replacement system to meet all DE handbook requirements for a school of this size. Attached drawing will also form part of the overall scope.
