The Town Council has its own grounds and buildings maintenance team which works across our facilities using a range of equipment and horticulture and arboriculture techniques. d. Lowestoft Town Council runs events through the year and the events schedule (see appendix ii). Report to include how events could be more sustainably run. e. A training programme for both councillors and officers for carbon literacy. Within your quote documentation please provide a copy of your company insurance policy document and details of any additional cover / services that you provide that would be available. Tenders will be assessed in terms of best value for money, scope of work and the ability to deliver the scope of work offered.
