Mechanical Ventilation / PIV's & MHVR's Passive Ventilation. Chemical Damp. Penetrating Leaks and Water Ingress or Leaks from Poor Plumbing. Damp and Mould resulting from Drying Materials. Removal and Replacement of Cavity Wall Insulation Removal and Replacement of loft insulation Surveys and reports for damp and CWI
