We're a multi-academy trust of 45 academies and over 5000 staff wanting one service desk not just for IT, but for support requests, casework and compliance. Show us your vision for that - what does a trust-wide service desk look like at its best? Please complete and submit the attached questionnaire (please note there are 2 tabs to complete) via OAT's tendering system (https://info.mercell.com/en/login/). OAT reserves the right to request a future clarification presentation, if required. Interested parties should note that if clarification presentations are required, these are likely to take place during w/c 3 August 2026. Such meetings will be recorded for future reference.
