Lot 1 – Mechanical Works valued between GBP10,000.00 - GBP200,000.00 The maintenance and work packages may include, but are not limited to: Mechanical - Air Conditioning Systems - Fire Safety Systems - Gas Systems - LEVs (Local Exhaust Ventilation systems) - Lifts, Lifting and Access Equipment - Oil Storage or Petroleum (POL) Systems - PSSR (Pressure Systems) - Water Hygiene Systems In order to register your attendance and for more information please register your interest against the opportunity via Cardiff University e-tendering portal: In-Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cardiffuniversity/ Suppliers interested in attending the supplier day must send an expression of interest via the In-Tend Portal. Lot 3 - Fabric Works valued between GBP10,000.00 - GBP200,000.00 The maintenance and work packages may include, but are not limited to: - General Building repairs, to include brickwork, paving, fencing, plastering, painting and decorating, gutters and rain water pipes - Internal elements, partitions, finishes and repairs - Internal redecoration and small refurbishments - Internal repairs and associated works to lecture theatres, offices, residential accommodation and laboratories, some of which may be of historic in nature and require listed building consents - External redecoration - Passive fire safety works packages such as fire door replacement and LPS1531 fire stopping - Door furniture replacement including locks and keys - Roof and gutter clearance - Roof repairs to flat and pitched roof coverings and structures, roof access, walkways, fixed ladders and roof equipment such as aerials, masts, clocks and other such features - Assistance with flood in buildings and any subsequent repair works packages - External roadways, pavements, and car park areas - External drainage works and clearances, above and below ground - External wall, brickwork, cladding materials, downpipes and similar repairs and redecoration - Soil pipes and waste pipes - Carpentry and joinery - Internal blinds - Glazing replacement - Provision of MEWP and working platforms In order to register your attendance and for more information please register your interest against the opportunity via Cardiff University e-tendering portal: In-Tend https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cardiffuniversity/ Suppliers interested in attending the supplier day must send an expression of interest via the In-Tend Portal. Lot 4 - Multi-Trade (Combined) Works valued between GBP10,000.00 - GBP200,000.00 The maintenance and work packages may include, but are not limited to: - Office refurbishments - Laboratory refurbishments - Mechanical, Electrical or Fabric projects where 25+% of the works required fall within a second or third trade discipline. Where multi-trade (Combined) works are delivered the contractor will assume the role of Principle Designer & Principle Contractor under the CDM Regulations.
