We are seeking a modern, future fit software solution to replace the existing Housing Service Charge & Rents system. The new platform must support accurate housing rent and service charge management, provide transparent calculations, and integrate seamlessly across housing, finance, asset and contract management operations. The new system will need to reduce operational risk, eliminate spreadsheet driven processes, and deliver a single, trusted source of truth for property related financial data. The project aims to transform our financial operations by moving from reactive, fragmented data management to a proactive, integrated, and transparent service charge environment. We seek a partner who can provide a scalable solution that ensures regulatory compliance while putting the tenant experience at the heart of our operations.
