Lot 1 will cover Energy Efficiency Retrofit work across Cornwall. Expected work under the contract will include Insulations works; (EWI/IWI/Cavity/Loft/Suspended Floors/Room in Roof/Flat Roof Insulation/Cavity wall extraction (where applicable)), A++ windows/triple glazed and doors replacements. Roof replacements incorporating new insulation, Energy efficient condensing gas Boilers with A+ efficiency rating, Solar/PV panel system with Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Combined Heat and Power Systems (CHP), District Heating, Infrared Heating, High Heat Retention Storage Heaters, Electric Boilers, Hybrid Heat Pumps (Hydrogen boilers combined with electrically driven heat pumps), MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery), Smart Technology.
