Contract for a service to provide Overnight Short Breaks with Outreach Support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in Herefordshire. The Overnight Short Breaks service will be delivered from a Council-owned property near Hereford City. Outreach support will be delivered across a number of locations within Herefordshire.
