Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council (TMBC) (‘The Council’) is looking to replace the current heating and hot water system with air source heat pumps, thereby removing oil burning and reducing the carbon footprint of the facility. The Council owns Poult Wood Golf Club in Tonbridge, which was originally constructed in the mid-1970s. It is a golf club comprising of golf course, squash courts, changing rooms, meeting room, shop, a self-contained 3-bedroom flat, a clubhouse with kitchen and dining facilities, and associated plant areas.
