Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking to appoint a consultant to support the delivery of the Bangor High Street Empty Property Initiative (BEPI), a targeted regeneration programme funded through Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns programme. This tender will appoint one consultant, who will be the sole delivery partner for BEPI consultancy services. Please note: All tenders will be scored using a 80% Quality / 20% Price assessment criteria.
