Orbit is seeking to procure solutions for its Planned Investment - Property/Home Improvement, Remediation, and Major Projects requirements (the Works), to its housing stock in the Midlands, South and East of England. The contracts will be for an initial term of five (5) years with option to extend for a period of two (2) periods of five (5) years, giving a total of fifteen (15) years.
