Specialist Technical and Commercial Advisory for Rail and Other Transport Systems Framework (STARFour)
Department for Transport · Central government
In brief
Department for Transport was looking for suppliers for architecture and engineering and IT and software work. Bidding has closed and no award has been published yet.
It is a framework worth up to £350,000,000 excluding VAT: the most the buyer expects to spend across all suppliers, not one contract.
The contract runs for 3 years, up to 4 years with extensions, starting 31 July 2027.
It is split into 2 lots, so a supplier can bid for part of the work.
The buyer says it is suitable for small and medium-sized businesses.
