Government Commercial Agency (GCA), acting as the Contracting Authority, is establishing a Framework Agreement for the provision of electricity and gas supply, together with associated management and support services. The framework is intended to support a large and diverse customer base comprising over 1,000 organisations and approximately 90,000 meter points, with an estimated total consumption of 26 TWh.
