The Contracting Authority (Scotland Excel) seeks notes of interest from Suppliers who believe they have the capability and capacity to fulfil the requirement of multiple and/or specific lots, detailed within the body of this PIN notice and, any subsequent Tender Programme. Potential Tenderers who believe they can fulfil the non-exhaustive high-level specification details within this PIN shall note their interest in this notice by 17:00 (Close of Business) on the 23rd of January 2026.
