What the notice says

The Local Authority seeks to commission the services of accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) to undertake energy assessments of residential properties and produce valid Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), in accordance with statutory requirements and relevant industry standards. The properties may be tenanted or void and will include a range of property types across the borough of Luton with occasional visits to properties outside the Borough.
