Carmarthenshire County Council requires suitably qualified and accredited contractors to undertake servicing (and any remedial works) of electrical equipment installations across its commercial (i.e. non-housing) property portfolio, focussed specifically on: • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) • Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) • Emergency Lighting • EV Charging • Solar PV/Battery Storage/Cleaning • Surge Protection Devices • Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) • Lightning Protection • Annual Inspections/Routine Checks • HV (High Voltage) Transformers • LV (Low Voltage) Panels • Generators
